June Minutes

This Month’s We have an amazing wealth of information and wonderful willing to share their knowledge as evidenced with our presenter Terry Sevold. Terry gave us an abundance of information of knitting socks and shared her experience with so many of the techniques. Thanks Terry.

August 1 is the deadline to enter items in the State Fair. Still looking for volunteers to help with intakes, clerks, and display. Looking for people who are willing to come in and share their skills in knitting, crocheting, needlework of any kind. Contact Joyce Arthur at jobnboyce@yahoo.com to sign up. Need items for yarn bombing.

OFF – Clara and Mary shared they will have a sign-up sheet for Saturday and/or Sunday at the next meeting. There will be a 1 hour demonstration scheduled for each day. Bring your mitts and any items for donations to any meeting.

The Twiddlemuff/Mitts are on our website under charities.
Taffee House can use anything for babies, youths, adults, and elderly. Acrylic prayer shawls for Nita Porter’s church. Prayer shawls for hospice groups – Nancy Campion will get these to the hospice organization. Hats for Roberts Alternative School.
