No Business, Just Relaxing
Members and one guest who made their way to Silver Falls State Park sat on the lawn in the shade in front of the Bigleaf Market and Grill restaurant in Smith Village. Participants enjoyed each other while knitting, talking, and sharing the day together. There was no business conducted, and Service Project items were not collected.
Next Month
Our next meeting is September 12, 2026 at the Willamette Heritage Center at the Mill in Salem. Kitty Crawford will present a comparison between Intarsia vs. Fair Isle and discuss how to do Intarsia and patterns. If anyone would like to give it a try, she will have a pattern for a mug rug. Guild members should bring two different colors yarn (about 25 yards each) and needles to go with the yarn size.
