The Retreat Committee for the May 16-19, 2019 retreat in Rockaway has been asked about day use visitors. In reviewing our contract with Twin Rocks and double checking with them, day use visitors are welcome. There is a charge for each person attending with and without meals.
Attached is the Registration Form and the Hold Harmless Agreement. Both of these documents must be received by March 15, 2019 if you plan on attending one of the days of the Retreat. The Hold Harmless Agreement is necessary as the Guild is not financially able to purchase a liability insurance policy and Twin Rocks is allowing the use of this Agreement.
