June Meeting Minutes
The meeting was led by Marcia Smith, Program Coordinator, who welcomed members and guests. Marcia noted that our President resigned, and we are asking for a volunteer to step in for the rest of 2023. Joyce Cook volunteered, and those present applauded her willingness to help. Marcia further commented that in addition to electing a new President at the end of the year, we are also seeking a new Program Coordinator
as she will have completed her two-year commitment. Members are encouraged to consider one of these positions and asked to speak to any Board member about what is involved.
A survey to determine interest in program topics and activities will be coming to your email in the next week or so.

Program – Pom Poms!
There were tables set up around the room to try several ways of making pom-poms using yarn and fake fur. The most unique table featured the “Loomie” that was able to make various pompoms and tassels. It’s available to purchase at many local yarn shops.
